I been asked muitple times from members of buying or how to make these Flex Cuffs. Well, It comes down to this.

Lets began.
What you need is 4 Items.
Item are Super Glue <I use Kwik Bond GEL 4>, 4" Cable Ties and a File or Emery Board.
Sand off the Dimple from the top end of the Zip tie. The reason why that Dimple needs to be Sanded off is do to the Glueing.
If you see in the Photo. Left side doesn't have the Dimple the Right Side does. Once that Dimple is removed, this will help out in gluing the Ends.
Time for Glueing. A Small amount of Super Glue is enough for this process. ONLY GLUE ONE OF THE ZIPTIES!
How the two pieces together for about 20 Seconds or more. <Depending how old the Glue is or the Strength.>
After all of that is finished. Slip the ends reversed to one another and.....
BLAM!!! You got yourself a set of Flex Cuffs for your Law Enforcement or VBSS.
