Alternative to those hard, inflexible Playhouse gloved hands

If you are like me, you hate the hard, inflexible gloved hands that come with the Playhouse figures. They look great, but it is hard to get gear into them without heating them up.

The short wrist pegs that go into the arm are not much fun either... and the end of the peg that fits into the glove part doesn't fit into any other hand type. The end that goes into the glove is larger than SS, TC and other mainstream options.

So, I just punt on those hands. I buy the Sideshow hands (GI Joe series) just for the wrist pegs. MD sells them as low as .50 a pair. The glove end of the wrist pegs fit SS, TC, BBI, TTL, HT... To make the wrist pegs compatible with PH wrist holes, just shave off the little extra at the top and they will slide with a snug fit into the PH wrist and you can put gloves from other makers on the other end.

I like it! It's simple, low cost, and sounds effective. Great work, Ty!
