Hmmm, now we'll wait for HT to release their better version. Hopefully in the next 5 years?

I'll rather get HT's take on Arkham Asylum. Sideshow I think will be releasing also 1:6th scale DC. I'll rather get those than Medicom's. Just looking at the SRP for MEdicom figures make me laugh.

Re: Medicom RAH Jim Lee Batman & Joker?
Medicom stuff hasn't been underscale for years. They're still pricey though and often more than I want to pay. I must say even though sometimes the quality can be a bit dodgy their stylized stuff tends to look really cool. At the very least I'm excited to see what they do.
If Hot Toys was doing a comic-style Batman it would likely be very realistic… not unlike the one Sideshow is making.

Sideshow does indeed have the DC license. Also their figures are much more sturdy than Medicom. Plus HT and Arkham! much better choices out there.

and really, another Batman & Joker? I'm a fan but there ARE other characters in the Batman U and Jim Lee's Joker is pretty underwhelming/stupid looking, IMO.
I'd prefer a Hush figure myself....

Re: Medicom RAH Jim Lee Batman & Joker?
Comic book figures have been definitely underserved in 1/6 since the original Captain Action maybe, except for Marvel Icons which were basically one-ups of 6" plastic figures (virtually no cloth or accessories) and the DC Direct 13" that varied wildly in quality and do not play well with others.
Cd be an embarrassment of riches, or just an embarrassment, if we get RAH Jim Lee Batman, HT Arkham City Batman, and Sideshow Batmans all at the same time. Except -- HT Arkham Batman may well go the way of HT Green Lantern, esp if they get caught up with all the Marvel Movie-realistic comic characters. And Sideshow DC is starting to look dangerously like vaporware -- months into the announcement with only one vague You-Tube clip of prelim sketches to show.
