I don't think so. I tried swapping Bruce Lee and the recent Soldier Story PLA headsculpt and neither pet fit the other head or neck post.

I don't think that any other neck post will fit a SS body... at least not without significant modification.

ACE and BBi will fit a few of the older bodies.

I don't actually, all my S2's are early ones. War Toys does loose Headplay posts loose, maybe one of them would work.

Most neckless Headplay sculpts can work with the help from cutted-out EVA foam boards.
I buy them from my local $2 supermart, "Daiso".

Headplays have to be modified

Oh yeah, the edges/ends of the headsculpts needs to be trim with a hobby knife since HP's neckless headsculpts have more flesh at the ends of their headsculpt.
Pieces of EVA foam boards are used to filled in the gaps in the headsculpt to make them more fitting for the SS's necks.

Re: What neck post fits a Soldier's Story body?
Just discovered a possible solution, though it's not 100% perfect, I'd say it's as good as it can get.
You can use the long ankle pegs that came with the HT Captain America figure. It fits right into the neck and is long enough to keep the head from falling off (unless you have the figure upside down). I tried this with one of my figures and the head sits on it very nicely.
