Re: Napoleonic era figures?
You might be able to adapt quite a lot of the DiD " Bruce " figure.
The smallclothes and gaiters, and shoes ( stain them black ) and possibly the shako , though I should make a new one if you have the skill. The pouch and bayonet are also useable .
The problem is your Marine's coat , dark blue with elaborate yellow lacing:
I don't think there's an alternative to making it from scratch . You can make the lace from painted lacet ( email me ) but the actual tailoring is complex if you haven't done that sort of thing before.
You will also need a French-type musket with barrel bands, on which the US model was based. Maybe there's something in the Manitou Traders stuff, or otherwise the DiD " Frank " figure has quite a good one in wood and metal.

Re: Napoleonic era figures?
Try Ebay, sometimes you may find pretty good Napoleonic figures and accessories.

Re: Napoleonic era figures?
Very good suggestions friends.
Is there however a source for loose weapons..cartridge pouches and other equipment?
I need a decent saber.
