Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
Not sure if these have been reported before, but I think these guys are the other half that used to be Go Hero?...
Anyway saw this on BBTS and went to their website to dig these out:
Doctor Smith

John and Maureen, just who picked the color of John's costume? Leftover from Maureen's? Production budget must have been tight.

The Keeper...

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space
These came out and can still be had for little $$ from places like Amok Time (at least they were last time I looked). Unfortunately, they never finished the cast - and I'm still waiting for one of my grail pieces - a 1:6 YM-3 Robot.

Weren't these Majestic? I seem to remember them appearing at the same time as their BSG figures.

Haven't seen any YM-3 robot but did see a Forbidden Planet 1/6 Robby the Robot from X PLUS at Amiami.

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
The XPlus must be a re-tooling of their Medicom one, only without the figure inside correct? I have one on order.

Hmm...that explains a picture I saw of a Robby robot with an action figure inside. I have never heard of Executive Replicas or XPlus before and thought these are new, oh well.

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
The John Robinson outfit is fairly accurate for the last season of the show (could be more subdued, it is a bit bright).
Supposedly Don West, Penny, and Judy are coming out (Don West should be out soon).
These are made by Sci Fi Metropolis (check the Gallery page for photos).
Will and the Robot were supposed to be released as well (on their website you can see photos of Will's head). They also made a 1/6 scale Space Pod and other accessory sets (jet pack, etc).
Supposedly the guy who ran the company had some sort of accident a few years back, which is the reason why there has been a lag in production. But their website says they are producing the other figures including the Space Pod. I hope they do continue the line to include the Robot and the Space Pod.
The XPlus Robby the Robot is great, I have one. From what I understand the upcoming Robby is just the same release but without the electronics, gun, or figure inside.

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
Majestic Studios had nothing to do with Lost in Space.
Majestic did Battlestar Galactica.
Playmates did Star Trek [horribly]
Playing Mantis did Captain Action.
Lost in Space figures were produced by SFM [SciFiMetropolis]. The sculpts were done for them by Joy & Tom Snyder.
Yes, there have been delays, but they say they will be finishing the line. Next up and due for release is Major Don West.
Overall there is a lot of attention to detail in these figures and they are great for reliving one's childhood.

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
Gruff old Bear posted this over on Triads forum
"Most of those figures were released long ago. I know, because I've had the Karloff, NOTLD Ben and Barbra, John Robinson, Dr Smith, Maureen, and the Keeper for a few years now. The Maureen Robinson was only about a year ago and I think came through ExecReplicas; the others came out earlier through Amok Time and were branded as SciFi Metropolis. There was also an "I was a Teenage" Werewolf and Frankenstein, a Gort and Klaatu set, and three "Invasion of the" Saucermen in a set. I have those as well, except for the Teenage Frankenstein. All could stand repainting and kitbashing, but the sculpts were all very good, ditto the clothes, and who else is going to go after these ancient licenses after all? I think the sculpts were all the work of Joy and Tom Studios. You can see them in the gallery on their website: http://www.joyandtomstudios.com/. They did a Will Robinson; maybe it'll come out one day. The Dr Smith figure is a favorite of mine; it's really good right out of the box.
Most of the ones I have are on older bodies, which is why I say they need bashing. The Karloff figure, however, is on the same Day2Day body GoHero! used for its Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon figures. It's a taller body than most, about the height of a Triad Omega but with Hot Toys-type torso breaks and the limbs pop out -- the entire ends of the arms are big ball joints without stems or hinges to break. D2D and GoHero! are having a legal dispute, and D2D retracted its planned release of carded bodies through Sideshow. One version of the body would have had a sound chip in it, recordable through a USB connection. They were to be called the AtoModel and the AtoMedia.
Executive Replicas has had relationships with both companies and has managed to stay out of the dispute. Let's hope they can revive these figures and salvage some projects that never came out -- Blacula, Lon Chaney Sr and Jr in street clothes, Vincent Price in period Corman/Poe garb...and several figures from the first Battlestar Galactica, meant to complete the limited line from Majestic, which released a Starbuck, an Apollo, an Adama and a Cyclon before biting the dust."
"That Maureen figure was released some time ago and Michael Crawford reviewed it here. The review wasn't very good as you can see":

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
Glad to hear Sci Fi Metropolis is still around and kicking. I had long given up hope that the Lost in Space line would ever be completed or continued. I just thought they went out of business. Keeping my fingers crossed on this.

Re: Executive Replicas: 1/6 Lost in Space & X Plus 1/6 Robby the Robot
No they are still around. And Amok Time was one of the places you could buy the figures but the manufacturer was always SFM.
Maureen actually isn't a bad figure. She had some wrist peg issues, but SFM replaced them hands with new ones upon request and, I believe, includes an extra set if you buy her now.
The rest of the cast as well as 3 versions of Verda and an IDAK were all showcased. Also shown were season 1 versions and a jetpack.

Wonder if this is the same reason their day of the dead bub zombie has never been released?
