Fed ex issue?
I bought a truetype from Monkey depot last week and chose the fed ex option. The tracking info hasnt changed from "Departed from phoenix facility" for the past 3 or 4 days. Never had an issue with them not updating their tracking info...anyone else having the same issue?

Re: Fed ex issue?
If it went Fedex ground it sometimes takes that long. It usually takes 7 days for me to get stuff from Arizona to where I am in NY. Fedex's tracking site usually gives you an estimated delivery date.

I have no problem with MD using Fedex to WPB, Fl. It might take 4-6 days depending your location. track again in tomorrow or thursday.

Re: Fed ex issue?
FedEx I have noticed, particularly if traveling a long way like from CA to FL, has a tendency to have tracking for when it's shipped and when it arrives at the local facility and that's it.

Re: Fed ex issue?
you cannot believe anyone's tracking data, period.
I have experience after experience with each of them, UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS... software says item is delivered, it isn't. Says item is in transit, it's in my hands, delivered. Says item was left on porch, garage, etc., and I know it wasn't (literally, I was working all day long with my garage door open to the street in my woodshop, clear view of the street, and the package was 'delivered to home'.. when i said it wasn't, they changed it to 'attempted delivery but no one home'. Then, two days later, they found it, delivered it, and then three days later, told me they couldn't find it, and to file a claim.
Also had one sent to a friend, Fed Ex claims it was 'left on porch'. Friend says no way, he was home all day, no one came. Checked, and they swore it was. Carrier "personally left it on the porch". So, I waited, and then filed an insurance claim for close to a $1000. Suddenly, their tune changed, and they stated (and i kid you not) that "the carrier returned to the house, and retrieved the package from the porch. they were going to send it back to me immediately."
So, i asked for the carrier's name, age, and description, and when they asked why, I said I was going to contact the local police in that town, and tell them that a Fed Ex carrier had trespassed on private property, and stole a box not belonging to him, and made off with it.
Suddenly, the story changed again. the box was found in the truck, and eventually delivered.
So, bottom line: don't believe the delivery folks. If your package doesn't arrive soon, call Brady, and let him know. He'll make it work.
Horror stories abound.

Re: Fed ex issue?
Milage may vary. I haven't had much in the way of issues with any service myself and I order almost everything I use. Hell I order trash bags online. A lot of the stuff I buy also comes from overseas and still not a lot of issues.
The worst that has happened, and it's only happened a couple of times, is a USPS carrier claiming no one was home when someone most certainly was.
Not saying egregious issues don't happen, just that they also don't happen… er I think that makes sense.
