Hot Toys is proud to present the first limited edition collectible figurine from the upcoming superhero movie The Avengers produced by Marvel Studio – Nick Fury, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. The movie-accurate collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury in the movie, highlighting the newly developed head sculpt, highly detailed costume, weapons and accessories.

The 1/6th scale Nick Fury Limited Edition Collectible Figurine specially features:

- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury in The Avengers movie

- Approximately 30 cm tall

- TrueType body with over 30 points of articulations

- Movie-accurate facial features with left eye mask, detailed wrinkles, skin texture and moustache

- Eight (8) pieces of interchangeable gloved palms including:

- One (1) pair of relaxed palms

- One (1) pair of fists

- One (1) pair for holding rocket gun

- One (1) right palm for holding pistol

- One (1) right palm for holding luggage

- Two (2) pairs of interchangeable palms including:

With everything else that's coming out, this one just doesn't stand out. It's nice, but far from 'must have' status. I do like the rocket launcher though.

Pity the eyepatch appears to be part of the sculpt and that there are make-up effects underneath it.

You could have made a decent Shaft out of this if you weren't into the Avengers.

Yep I agree. It looks more Megamind than Sam Jackson to me!

Wow, that is unbelievably detailed. It even has the slight belly that Jackson sports in the film. Or is that just the way the shirt sits? Either way, I noticed it in the trailer and they recreated it in the figure. Amazing.
