Re: The Savage Hawkman

I think those wings are from a 12" Spawn figure.

Elvis, I got a similar figure idea as yours. I bought that Spawn figure, too. Your WIP proves that the idea works great! Can't wait to see this finished.

You're correct, they come from the wing of redemption spawn figure.

A hell to attach to the body.
I inserted some metal tubes inside the wings.
Drilled holes in the back and inserted them at the back.
That way I can remove them easily.

Love it, love it, love it!

The 1980's Flash Gordon is one of my favourite films, and Vultan is the best character in it!

Update on Hawkman.

Refined the harness, added the logo and a shoulder pad and groin armor.

Not bad!!! Like how you use the lighting of your case to give him that Dark side of Hawkman.

Re: The Savage Hawkman

I've read a lot of comics, but I'm no way near up to speed on the new 52 Hawkman. Your figure is very impressive. Might I suggest a killer axe or mace? I've seen lots of other versions of Hawkman that carried weapons.
