Sucker Punch: 1/6th scale Babydoll Collectible Figure Specification

The 1/6th scale Babydoll Collectible Figure specially features:

- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Emily Browning as Babydoll in the Sucker Punch movie

- Approximately 28 cm tall

- Newly developed body with over 30 points of articulations

- Real-like long golden implanted curly hair

- Three (3) pairs of interchangeable palms with straps on right palms including:

- One (1) pair of relaxed palms

- One (1) pair for holding guns

- One (1) pair for holding Japanese Katana

- Each piece of head sculpt is specially hand-painted

Costume:

- One (1) set of sailor-styled dark-blue shirt with tie and belt, as well as skirt

- One (1) pair of long black socks

- One (1) pair of dark-blue high heels

Weapons:

- One (1) pistol with accessories

- One (1) magazine gun with silencer and sight

- One (1) Japanese-styled metal Katana with case and strap

Nice sculpt, not the greatest likeness for HT Standards though. And the EOTech on the MP7 is facing the wrong way.

I kinda like it, maybe not for "baby doll" uniform but for the body and accessories. Are they doing all the characters?

I really have mixed feeling, this is my most anticipated figure yet I am not feeling it. I think (hope) the headsculpt will be improved for production, but the entire proportion of Babydoll is just plain wrong, it can be easily seen by comparing it to the movie poster. Another user commented earlier that HT may make Babydoll closer in scale to other female figure so the clothes are interchangeable, I think this is the case, and what a shame! This is not Movie Accurate, stop hiding behind those words, HT. This is Babydoll, Growth Hormone version.

Its perfect timing for the dvd release,which was a few weeks ago.I love the movie and am totally sprung on Babydoll.Ive sen the movie 5 times in a weeks...I guess Im obsessed.

Not liking the scale. Even with heels she was still a shortie. Kinda why she was called Baby Doll. 28cm is way too high for 1/6.

they even replicated the custom katana and 1911 nicely. well done!

She looks a little vacant in the face and a bit "doll like", but still not as bad as I assumed from the pics in the other thread.

Likeness is about 50% accurate to me, which is a pretty bad low for HT. Costume looks fantastic though, and as an overall figure, she's great looking!

I'll at least pick her up for sure. (Even though the movie was a total mess and disappointment from a story standpoint.)

This one, definitely looks better than the Amber figure. I think the chick looks kinda weird in the first place, so personally I think Hot Toys did a pretty good job with the sculpt. Unlike that bang up job on the Amber. I don't know why I even comment considering I have zero plans on getting any of them. Now make that 30 foot samurai, then maybe.

Forearms with definition, wonders will never cease!

The eyes still look weird, there's too much definition around the irises. As a female sculpt it looks good but I don't think it looks like Emily Browning that much. The lips look a bit 'porn star', but, if that's the route your mind may take you then it's apt.

Overall it's a good femfig

Not actual height of the figure, I suppose...

BabyDoll is quite shorter compare to the Amber figure... 28cm is the general height associated to all the female HT produced. With BadyDoll HT may have done major resculpting/readjustment to their new TTF body specifically for BD. Should be less on Amber, hence Amber needs her heli helmet for the price justification.

Approximately scaled to the same..

Wow these must be incredibly expensive...lot of griping over a pair of stunning figures, that look like little masterpieces of someone's skill.
Not interested in it, but blown away with the work and the look. Outfits are fantastic. Those sculpts are the best female ones I've ever seen...can't comment on the likenesses, haven't seen the movie.
Looks like it was one weird f***in movie!

I agree with you on the quality of the sculpts, Stevie.

There is just something wonderfully sublime about the way Yulli captured the character's look of quiet intensity. JC's paint app also does a good job of bringing this out without making it overdone.

The more I look at these, the more I like it. Like a lot of 1/6 figs based on real people, the likeness can be lost at certain angles, but overall, my brain sees Emily Browning in there, and moreover, I believe this is a figure of Baby Doll and not just "a" doll of a girl in a sailor suit. Can't wait to add these ladies to my shelf!
