Looks good. ill be picking up the nude and that utility pouch on his rite side.
He seems short and stocky....anyone?
One thing I dnt like is the patch. They did better with the MSOB ones.

A loose parts buy for me once more, overall a nice figure, like the vest setup. But i'll be happy with the nude, boots and the sidearm.

Love it, love it, love it. It is a pretty damn good non-licensed Staff Sergent Nantz from Battle Las Angeles. AND, that 1911 looks superb as always. It is ALWAYS excellent to have more of those on the parts market, I will buy like 5 of the side arm and holster myself. The M16 is sweet, except that carry handle looks ridiculous way out on the RIS like that. The Spartan armor looks sweet too tho. All around, I think this is an EXCELLENT companion piece for the last USMC in Afghanistan figure.

Looks like they've finally learned to include enough mags. It looks AMAZING! But... I gotta pass. As I've said before, I'm pretty much done with my new budget. I hope to pick up the nude though, digging that and the weapons.

A few questions:
1. Is that patch on his chest the correct format? I've never seen a Marine with a white patch - they've always been black or tan.
2. What in the heck are those 2 silver rods?
3. Why would you move the carry-handle forward when using an ACOG?
Overall, I like this figure. Albeit, it's a bit of a re-hash, but it does have a lot of updated pieces from the previous figure. Most notably, I am very happy to see a new mouth piece on the camelbak. I'm working on a figure now that requires the "L" shaped mouth piece and not the standard mouth piece seen on every other 1/6 camelbak.

2. They're parachute flares.
3. Some soldiers will do that to allow for easy carrying, it's just personal preference where they'll mount it. I've even seen them mounted on the side rails once or twice.
