The fit of the pants seems a little odd to me--is that how they tend to sit?

Also, I'm ignorant of this, but strapping the bolt cutter in the shotgun retainer with the shotgun inside seems odd to me as well.

Is it just me or is VH still ripping off HT. Also this set is reminiscent of Toy Soldier's Recon Marine a few years back. I'm not at all interested in this one.

Not interested in the tan flightsuit but the rest of the set is pretty cool. Will be definitely getting this one.

Not too bad. So much to get in the coming months though so this is probably a pass for me. And yeah, the vest and armor setup looks like the TS Recon Marine to me too.

They do have several kits that are very similar to HT so there are members who dont buy their kits because of it.

I like VHT's box art the best. And the uniform-only packaging (I wish Soldier Story and their one shrunken head artist would do that too). Unfortunately, for me the quality still does not match the price. Still about $20 over priced for me.

That equipment looks more orange than tan in my opinion. I thought the standard color for Marine equipment was coyote tan (sometimes called coyote brown).

I guess its a different kit but some of the other companies have VBSS too... Is there no more units left....

Seems odd we cant get a PKM but companies redo a VBSS kit....

The green version looks nice, but it's Very Hot. I'll have to read some reviews of the final product before I can even consider it.

When I first saw Very Hot, I was ready to "meh", but looking at the pictures, it seems that they're improving. I agree that a review will be needed before a final decision can be made. I've seen a lot of folks asking for flight suits, so I can see those being sold loose.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

If their QC has gotten better, these will sell well. If it's still the same old VH stuff, I'll take a big pass. Looks just like the both the HT USMC MEF figures. Both of the HT figures sold well, and these will too if the quality is up to snuff.

I'm really liking those flight suits.

That's how flight suits fit. Could be a bit more snug I think. And yes that is odd to strap bolt cutters with a shotgun. OOPS.

Looking forward to snatching a tan flightsuit for my USMC 0311 bash and the PACA for my SEAL bash :P. Some nice stuff on these figs though, might need to combine parts of both for my MARSOC bash. Anyone notice how the green version has two pistols as well? Thought thats kind of strange, although more guns usually doesn't hurt...

Quick question: How do you attached Very Hot boots to a nude TT? I bought a CIA set before and I'm scratching my head not knowing how I can attach the boots without it falling off. The boots are not beets, nor does it come with pegs so I really don't know. Thanks!
