Whoa, those are cool. 'Specially the chick. Why couldn't the regular DUST figs be this cool? (Don't answer that, anyone.)
I'm not going to make any smart remarks about the typo that reads "have 'like sisters'" either.... oh wait, I just did. Oops. Dammit, where's my head gone now? First the "showers" (ask Skwerl), and now this?

Crazy Chocobo is right. Why the heck do the only good looking figures in this line have to be an exclusive?!? I would buy that "Anastasia" figure in a second. I am getting real tired of cool stuff like this and Panzar Cop stuff being exclusive or not distributed in the US. It makes me sad.

So cool! Incidently, I just managed to buy off the shelve a Koshka and Sigrid. Anastasia will be a very very good addition. Gotta check with my regular brick n motar for their innovative arms in helping me get one from the convention
Thanks for the headsup R6!

Looking at these figures got me curious and I checked out the ones that had already been released. On the inside of the box it shows four figures in their first range. Were they all released?? I can only find the first two......
Anyway the above figures rock and they would be perfect for a Castle Wolfenstine bash. Does anyone know which f the e-tailors will be going to this convention??? Looks like I'll have to buy on line.

My local dealer (god she's great, Olympic Cards and Comics, Olympia, WA, go there!) was down there and she hooked me up.
Unfortunately Armoury only brought a handful of the figs to the show and the rest are pre-order. So no one actually got any as far as I know. I got one preordered and supposedly it will be signed by Paulo-whats-his-name (the Dust guy) or something on the box. It cost me 80 bucks I think.
I also talked to Merit on the phone and the woman I talked to said that the figs will be sold in stores as well, they were just offered first at the con, but I don't know how true that is.

Hey, that's what some woman who answered the phone at the distributor told me, I don't promise anything. I still got my preorder in just in case she was wrong... I hope she was right for the sake of everyone that couldn't get one, though. Dammit I hate exclusives.

Hmm, maybe I shouldn't say this.... They did have the Anastasia fig at the convention 'cause I got one. Didn't have them Weds. night for early bird but I got the last one on Thursday morning. They obviously didn't bring very many.
Unfortunatly, most of the fig looks nothing like the art. Gun and head do but that's about it. I was hoping for a new body to match Anastasia's ...uhm..."physique".

I saw the figs at their booth on Saturday at Comic Con including the Anastasia. Didn't think the fig was worth the $70 price so I picked up a copy on the DUST sketchbook instead and got it signed by Paolo Parentes at the Merit booth. Nice guy.

Talon 65, is there any way you could take a shot or two of Anastasia and post them here? Just to see what the production model looks like?
Thanks,
Colin

Hey I can only go by what the people that were looking for them for me told me over the phone and what Merit told me when I called them. My folks were looking on Thursday afternoon and were told that they only brought four of them and they were all gone. I guess you were one of the lucky ones Talon.

Chicks 'n' zombies
I picked the three Unmensch and Anastasia up direct fron the website ( http://www.dustgame.com/dust.htm ), if you order more than three figures you get a 10% discount. They're pretty cool but not up there with the greats. And Anastasia could seriously handle some more articulation...no double elbows.....come on!

Can't get a connection
Got there in the end!, hope they float your boat. It's a nice figure as I said, with some great features. But she needs more articulation in the arms, as she strugles to get good poses with the gun!
