Hot Toys is proud to present the 1/6th scale Black Widow Limited Edition Collectible Figurine from the Iron Man 2 movie. The movie-accurate Black Widow collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Scarlett Johansson in the movie, highlighting the newly sculpted head, hair implantation, highly detailed costume and accessories.

The 1/6th scale Black Widow Limited Edition Collectible Figurine specially features:

- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow in the movie Iron Man 2

- Newly sculpted head with movie-accurate facial expression and make-up

- Real fabric hair implantation in brownish red long curly hair

- Newly developed TrueType body highlighting her body shape

- Approximately 28 cm tall

- Over 28 points of articulations

- Two (2) pairs of interchangeable gloved palms (one (1) pair of relaxed palms; one (1) pair for holding pistols)

- One (1) extra right gloved palm for posing on waist

- Each piece of head sculpt is specially hand-painted

Costume :

- One-piece tight dark blue colored jumpsuit with one (1) belt included

- One (1) extra greyish black colored belt with pouches and pistol holster

- One (1) pair of leather-like greyish blue colored platform boots with buckles

Uh oh... I can see the flame posts starting to smolder...

Not too sure about this...

Expression feels a bit blank in this one.... Like she's confused.

Open mouth looks bad in all but this pic...

Female 1/6th is still a bit behind huh?

Everything except the head looks stellar. As wake pointed out blank stare of confusion seems to. Be catching on ever since aldo raine.

Looks nice overall, but the open mouth gives it a "sex doll" appearance.

Her expression looks like a blow-up doll and somehow I think her neck is jutting out too much.

Hopefully she's exactly in the $100 price mark and not over.

I really like this figure, I hope the articulation of the legs has improved since the last generation of female TrueType bodies. It looks like they have a modified upper torso plate/rubber sleeve, maybe they also improved the legs. She does look somewhat thinner than Sheva Alomar and the TrueType generic females.

These pix look much better than the Milk magazine proto shots. I personally think the expression works - ScarJo does seem to frequently have a sorta blank expression in her films (especially IM2). And who knows what went on behind the scenes during licensor approval (would love to se the other proto sculpt submissions. Still needs some more meat on her bones. But great job Yulli!

Err... I thought I'd be sold completely, but I need some more convincing.

I agree with the above about the confused expression. Determined ...-kicker would have been better imo. This is really the only pic I feel it looks like her.

Please fix this sculpt HT, for the cash I reallly want to want it!

I hope production/consumer pieces also have that nicely managed hair in these proto pix as well, though a darker shade wouldn't hurt either.

love the figure but cudn they have added more stuff ? I dunno, office suit? Cool display stand? some of those things she threw on the floor.

Material for the suit seems like a bad idea as it won't last. I do however, love the h/s. Though they should give us more than 1. How abt that eyeball system they have?

I agree about the weird mouth. Looks like they tried to recreated this mouth expression from the most common promo shot, without thinking about what it would look like from other angles. With just a bit of tweaking it could still be the best female production sculpt and paint I've ever seen though. That rooted hair's pretty impressive too.

It looks like they've used the Sarah Connor body on this figure to me.

Not feeling the headsculpt tbh, although the rooted hair is great! Speaking of Sarah Connor, i'm sure many people will want to see her with rooted hair.

Caveman's 1/1 version comment had me giggling.
Agree on most points - I think they went for sexy but got confused and porn doll. Too bad. Cool fig all the same. I like the hair. :::shrug:::: Seeing as i can't even pull the trigger on an Iron Man, Widow is completely out of the running at this point.

I don't think she looks bad at all. The only thing I might change if I could would be not to give here the super detailed paint job that shows every imperfection on the face. A guy headsculpt can pull it off. A woman headsculpt it may take away from some of the femininity and add a hardness to the face.

Great looking figure ... but I have to agree the open mouthed expression does make her look like a blow-up doll / sex toy. They need to tweak that like they did with Aldo Raine. MC's recent review shows a vast improvement on that HS since the prototype was previewed IMHO. Hopefully HT repeats the effort here.
