They could have included his officer's uniform from the beginning. The two guns are nice accessories. Once again, molded boots? And did the Germans have blue canteens?
Re: Hot Toys - MMS118: Inglourious Basterds: Lt. Aldo Raine- full spec
I think the head-sculpt is disappointing, or maybe just boring. Aldo does that face, I don't know how to describe it. Kind of like the Godfather face, but more comical, where his lower jaw protrudes out a bit.

*snort* where's my "Toque Peanut butter"
I post it already at their facebook page since they're not including this at the accessories, maybe it's too hard to make such detail on a tiny stuff like that. ^^

garand sling is wrong color... brown leather... keeper should be brass or steel color, not black... (at least ht didn't sling it from the stacking swivel)...
Re: Hot Toys - MMS118: Inglourious Basterds: Lt. Aldo Raine- full spec
I'm not feeling the HS...I'd prefer it to be this one...
Lt. Aldo Raine: "Each and every man under my command owes me one hundred Nazi scalps. And I want my scalps. And all y'all will git me one hundred Nazi scalps, taken from the heads of one hundred dead Nazis. Or you will die tryin'."

The rifle Aldo carries with the carving in the stock is a KAR 98, not an M1 Garand like the Brad Pitt figure above. Wheew, I hope when HT releases Aldo they give him a KAR with that same carving!

I don't think HT has ever made a KAR 98. It's a lot cheaper for them to throw in the "Joker" M1.

Yeah, hopefully, they'll change that. But what they do need is a tuxedo outfit; the one he uses when he's at the movie premier posing as an Italian. Enzo Gorlomi! That's a bingo.

Then thats no "Movie Masterpiece"! Unless they fix whats broken on him, I must regretfully pass. Cash isn't as plentiful, so if I'm gonna dump $160 or so bucks on something that is supposed to be movie accurate, then I want it to be ripped right out of the screen, not half assed because it's cheaper or giving him his smirk might be cool for a scam second figure

doesn't looks as good as it could. Still not exactly sold on the headsculpt. Also i don't believe he carried a garand at all. Inglorious Basterds was scratched into the stock of a K98 if im not mistaken.

I think that is a very appropriate comparison. While the additional pics give a little harder look than the original angle ( he looked like he was about to feel sorry for someone) he still looks a little soft.
Right now Alex Lopez's likeness is the best.
I wonder how those guys who were creating the $10 zillion custom masterpiece are doing ? The wooden stand is a definite must have if they part it out.

With all of these comments, I have a feeling that they are going to make these changes. Like how they did with Sheva from RE5.

Pass.
If it isn't going to be screen accurate and just use an M1 Garand because they want to be cheap then screw it. They had to retool for an MP40, why not a Kar98. Jeez.
