Re: My First Dio
Very nice!!
I personally would make him lean out from the tree more as his whole is visible to the enemy! maybe even have him on one knee?

Re: My First Dio
Awesome work, I attempted a similar forest scene but I failed terribly, You on the other hand have done really well. I cant wait to see your next dio.

Re: My First Dio
Great bash Though I think the old uniform blended in better with the dio. Then again, I'm really biased against the ACU

Re: My First Dio
Beautiful dio my man. Excellent work. My dio's always start fast, but never finish. Not to nay say at all, but what the heck is ACU even supposed to blend in with? My grandmother has a couch that might work.

Re: My First Dio
One of the few real-world instances that ACU works are urban areas with gravel/cement colors as well as rocky mountains, particularly some of those mountainous regions in Afghanistan
There's a very good thread in OSW about ACU here:
End of ACUs?
From the thread, here are some good examples of ACUs working:
Everywhere else, though, and ACUs stand out like a sore thumb IMHO. Also, the Army should definitely stop calling it as the Universal Camouflage Pattern. It's not. Call it GravelPat or RockyMtnPat or whatever. Or GrandmaCouchPat
