Vintage 1/6 scale Mego figures I loved the Mego action figures. Those were my childhood introduction to the 1/6 scale figure world. For the time, they did a fantastic job on the costumes. The accuracy of the face paint was also increadible(see pics/link). The Lynda Carter Mego Wonder Woman stands over 13 inches tall and looks amazing next to modern male superhero figures (but makes most current female figures look like smurfs). Mego's Wonder Woman/Lynda Carter was the most popular female figure ever produced only to be replaced by Hot Toys Black Widow/Scarlett Johansson.

Still do, and still love them. I'd sacrifice most of my HT over them.

Got the Spidey and the bats a couple of years ago. Growing up, I'd played with hand me down 8 inch ones.

Mego's were made well and if handled with care, age wonderfully (which is probably why the NRFB/MIB figures on eBay are so pricey). They're also relatively easy to customize. When I look at Hot Toys I automatically think "inspired by Mego."

I picked up a Batman recently, his head is in great condition, but a leg is broken at the knee and his costume isn't in the greatest of conditions –.I keep an eye on Ebay in hopes of finding replacements.

Try directly from Dr Mego. He's a nice guy and prices are really reasonable.

Scroll down this page. You'll find the same pack for 5 bucks.

Or you can get a repro body for $19 here:
