Yeah I've added some crates but there is no new door???

I was considering adding another connecting room onto the right hand side of the weapons room but now I've decided to build a new outside part connecting on the left hand side of the garage.
The main two garage bunker doors for vehicle access do actually work, because I hinged them both when I was building it.
However now I stuck on the layout of certain manned defensive features I want incorporated around the outside of the garage doors.

Not to worry, it will probably come to me in a flash of inspiration if I'm just patient enough to wait that long.

Re: Z-Days - Back at the Base. (NEW PICS ADDED - Weapons Room)

I've been feeling a bit disappointed with myself lately and lost a lot of my passion for the 1/6 zombie subject because of my own stupid procastination over small details.

I did have a really big outdoor photo shoot planned and I scouted around for ages to find the perfect location to shoot it at.
But because I kept delaying the photo shoot to get things to improve it, things had changed and when I was ready my perfect location I found (sand wall/barrier) was bulldozed flat and a 6 ft. steel chain-link fence now stands in its place.

All my well-laid plans went down the toilet which was very disappointing and I admit it kinda crushed the passion for a while.

Thankfully I still have my Base diorama to amuse myself with until I can find another location for my big shoot.

Here are a few photos from different angles that kind of tell a story of a disgusting but funny act, that none of the figures seem to see the funny side of.
I won't say what the "act" is but it's not too hard to work out what their whole problem is over if you look.

Like I said, it has kept and it still keeps me amused for now.

The diorama has grown and expanded over time, but there was a time it was just a scenic back-drop made from one old desk draw.

Yes I've spend quite a few dollars to say the least, but it was not in one big hit and the bits and pieces were aquired over a few years.

I use a proper digital camera for my photos because they take much better pictures than smart phone cameras.

Re: Z-Days - Back at the Base. (NEW PICS ADDED - Weapons Room)

I've been busy lately with upgrading the gear on my older figures and working on a few new kitbashes but I haven't given up messing around with my dioramas.

The "Garage" part I've never really competely happy with as it is, so I have stripped the desk section out so I can rework its layout into a better design.
But the Garage's loss is my Weapons room's gain and I have altered that room around slightly again to include the desk.

But the Garage isn't completely getting gutted out, it's just going to get a new make-over.

You can see the desk's old raised platform on the left hand side of the last photo.
I'm thinking about turning it into a small manual workshop area but I'm still open to suggestions.

Clearly this is the best garage/bunker dio I've veer seen.
All I can suggest is to weather it; it looks a bit too clean compared to all of the weathered gear in it.
Maybe some oil stains, scratches from dragging/ throwing things around, spilt coffee, dust, stuff like that.

This has single handily brought me into the hobby. I saw this 2 years ago and bought some figures. Unfortunately with moving and school I haven;t done anything, but I'm back and this is what I strive to do. This is a desk, do you have a before and after far away view? Just wanted a point of reference.

Fantastic looking bunker and garage. May I ask the dimensions? I'm curious to know how big it is.
