KITBASH: British Mercenary, The Wild Geese 1978.

Hi guys, kitbashes of this movie has been done before,

    most notably by AMO here...
    http://www.onesixthwarriors.com/foru...18-09-a-2.html

However in the movies, only the officers wear red berets, while the the NCOs & enlisted men wear brown, so I decided to have a go at a mercenary after watching this classic war movie again...

Very well done, Cpl Ho. I still enjoy the film, and it's a good inspiration for bashes (as is apparent).

One of my favourite movies of all time - much underated...

    An excellent bash !

Of course, the movie had such an eclectic mix of weaponry, an wild goose could have almost anything - danish Sub gun, Vz24, shorty SLR with a red dot sight, bren, vickers, uzi....the list goes on and on.....

one of my favorite movies, love the Roger Moore figure (wish I had a spare Sideshow Moore to do the same). great work on the figures and theme.

Great bash and a fun film to boot! I have to admit that I never liked the fact that they were all wearing the then still relatively new DPM uniform. Thought that they should have worn plain fatigues with the occasional Denison smock or "Sausage Skin" jacket thrown in. Just my opinion, though and it takes nothing away from your excellent figure!
