New "Avatar" Trailer showing with "Amelia"
I saw "Amelia" today which was actually not too bad. Hilary Swank is very good in the role. I'm into aviationj and history, so I enjoyed it.
But was really cool is they showed the new "Avatar" trailer. It was one of the most visually vivid and exciting things I've ever seen on the silver screen. OK, I know a lot of people aren't down with the 10-ft. tall blue cat people aliens, or whatever they are, but this trailer I saw today literally looked 1,000 times better than the teaser trailer.
Futuristic military ships, weapons, gear, soldiers, mechs like you've never seen before and battle scenes that had so much going on it was complete sensory overload.
I've never had a trailer get me so geeked up about a movie as this did and typically I'm pretty discerning when it comes to films.
Apparently this new trailer won't "officially" show up online for at least a few more days to a week, from the some searchers I did.
Any way, I just wanted to get an FYI out there. I think there's already some new pics from the new trailer out there in cyberspace.
