Well shipping seems to be awfully inexpensive, but the prices of some of his wares are a bit hiked-up, so my guess is that he "factors" it, that way it seems there are inexpensive s&h charges paired with "reasonably priced" items.

Not so in many of them, mind.

But if you want your stuff NOW and are not a "absolute bargain hunter", this seems to be a great source for many quite popular items of the latest batches in our hobby.
