HELP needed! Q about FSBE I / FSBE II

Hi guys!

I need some help with my USMC SOCOM Detachment 1 bash. Can anybody tell me if the Det-1 Marines were issued with the new FSBE II (Eagle Maritime CIRAS vest & MLCS pouches) when they were on tour with Naval Special Warfare Squadron One in 2004? Or did they still used the old FSBE I (Point Blank Amphibious Assault Vest System)?
Any kind of informations, reference pictures or source would be helpfull!
