SWAT Pics
I've got a lot of photos, and info, on various tactical teams (SWAT, SRT, TRT, TRU, SOG, etc.), from local, state, and federal law enforcement and corrections agencies. So I'd figured I'd post some of them here. If you've got any you wish to add, feel free to post them.

I'll be adding additional pics to this thread. I'm trying to choose a variety of units, and pics that display various uniforms and gear. I'll also be adding photos on several no US units (Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, and any others I get around to digging up).

The U.S. Marshals Service has been designated by the Department of Justice as the primary agency to apprehend fugitives that are wanted by foreign nations and believed to be in the United States. Also, the Marshals Service is the primary agency responsible for tracking and extraditing fugitives who are apprehended in foreign countries and wanted for prosecution in the United States. The U.S. Marshals Service, which has statutory responsibility for all international, federal and state extraditions, sees to it that there is no safe haven for criminals who flee the territorial boundaries of the United States.

They're in Iraq and Afghanistan assisting with everything from high-risk prisoner escorts to court security. The FBI has a LOT of guys in Iraq (CT, intel analysts, SWAT, HRT, support staff, evidence collections teams), the USBP BORTAC rotated teams, the DEA, ATF, and a few other agencies.

I think I've got a few of some teams wearing Urban, but no B&W (and I can't really see that being useful).

yeh i've seen some video shots of some US based SWAT team were a Urban looking Tiger stripe print but they are not a camo shape like Nam tigers, they look like black and white banded straight shapes almost like old prison suits.
Defiantly not digital or man made camo , looks like old prison suits ? |
