Corpsman and Spartans?
Do Corpsman attached to USMC units wear Spartans?

They should if the unit they are attached to are so equipped.
They normally draw their field gear through the organizational supply of the unit they are attached to.

Yes, they do wear the same body armor as the marines, esp grunt units.
